How billing works
- Usage you can see
- Billing in the app shows each allowance with what is used and reserved, so nothing is a surprise at the end of the month.
- What resets
- Generated documents, workflow runs and AI decisions reset each billing period. Editors, records and storage are what you hold, so they don't reset.
- Change or cancel any time
- Use Manage subscription to switch plans, update your card, download invoices or cancel.
- If a payment fails
- Your workspace stays writable for 7 days while the card is retried, so a lapsed card doesn't stop the team mid-week.
- Connected products
- Files kept in YakFiles count against your YakFiles subscription, not your YakTables storage.
